Any Qualified Buyers who attended the LLHA Show in 2007 do not need to re-register or re-qualify! Your badge(s) for 2008 will be mailed automatically, arriving approximately 2 weeks prior to Showtime. Please contact us with any attendee name or address updates, or spelling corrections, PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 29, 2008. If you have not attended since 2006 or earlier, you must re-register and re-qualify your Buyer status in order to receive 2008 Show badges. | V.I.P. EARLY/LATE ADMITTANCE PROGRAM | ||||||
Take advantage of our V.I.P. Program for Buyers with busy schedules who require a little extra time to shop the Show. Any Qualified Buyer may enter the Show as early as 8:00 am, one full hour prior to the official 9:00 am Show opening. Buyers may also continue placing orders up to one full hour after the official 6:00 Show closing (Sunday & Monday only - Buyers must remain within the Exhibitor booth, and are not permitted to walk the aisles after Show closing). NOTE: Buyers who wish to make use of this program must have confirmed appointments with Exhibitors. For appointments between 8:00 am - 9:00 am, Buyers are asked to have the Exhibitors notify Show Management with at least one day’s notice, in order for Building Security to be alerted to allow admittance. Buyers are to be met by the Exhibitor at Show Entrance and proceed directly to the Exhibitor booth(s), since walking the aisles during this hour is not permitted. |
