To receive your FREE Show Badge(s), please send in your Show Registration, and you MUST also qualify (or re-qualify) your "Buyer" status by providing ALL of the following 3 pieces of Business ID:
1) Personal Business Card
2) Copy of Vendors Permit
3) Other Corporate I.D. (Letterhead or recent Purchase Order, etc)
Buyers submitting forms without this accompanying documentation will not receive their badge(s).
DID YOU ATTEND THE SHOW AS A QUALIFIED BUYER IN 2007?
Relax! No need to re-register or re-qualify! Your badge(s) for 2008 will be mailed automatically, arriving 2 weeks prior to Show Time. If there are any attendee name or address changes, or spelling corrections, please notify us PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 29, 2008, in order for the appropriate revisions to be made prior to the Show Badge mailing.
WHOLESALERS, DISTRIBUTORS, MANUFACTURERS, IMPORTERS, AGENTS, REPS & OTHER NON-BUYERS:
Are required to remit a $75.00 fee per attendee (by Cheque, Visa or MasterCard) with registration form ($100.00 after March 28 or at the Show). NOTE: Non-Buyers who previously attended are not mailed free Show badges, and must re-register and pay fee listed above. Payment cannot be made using the REGISTER ON-LINE feature. Non-Buyers must click on REGISTER BY FAX/MAIL then print the form, complete it and and return it with appropriate payment by fax to: 416-223-2826 or by mail to: Pro-Sho Inc., 15 Lesmill Rd, Unit 7, Toronto, Ontario M3B 2T3
DON’T FORGET: Pre-registration forms & payments must be received no later than February 29, 2008 to have badges mailed to you 2 weeks prior to Show Time. Badges for registrations received after February 29th may be picked up at the Show Pre-Registration Counter only.
