Register to Attend

Admittance to the LLHA Show is free of charge to qualified buyers. Note that the LLHA Show is for industry trade only. The general public and children under 16 (including infants) will not be admitted.

To save time onsite at Show Registration, please pre-register directly using the online link, or print the Delegate Registration Form below then return it by email, fax or mail. For attending delegates that did not attend and/or pre-register in 2011, Business ID must be shown upon arrival to qualify or re-qualify buyer status for complimentary admittance. Deadline to pre-register for 2012 and receive badges in the mail:  Tuesday February 7, 2012. Badges for registrations received after Tuesday February 7th can be picked up onsite at Show Registration only.

IMPORTANT ATTENDEE INFORMATION:



Qualified Buyers who attended and/or pre-registered for the 2011 LLHA Show:
Your complimentary badge(s) for 2012 will be mailed automatically in February 2012 within the Winter 2012 issue of TGF&A Magazine. To revise attending staff, make spelling corrections or update mailing addresses, please re-register again for 2012 prior to Tuesday February 7. See online link below. Once received in the mail, any further badge revisions can be made onsite at Show Registration.

Buyers who are first-time attendees or who attended prior to 2011:   
To receive your complimentary badge(s) you must pre-register, and must qualify (or re-qualify) your Buyer status by providing a piece of Business ID upon arrival at the show: Personal Business Card, or Copy of Vendors Permit, or Other Corporate I.D. (Letterhead, Recent Purchase Order from a Supplier, etc).



Non-Buyers:
Wholesalers, Distributors, Manufacturers, Importers, Agents, Reps:
Are required to remit an $80.00 fee per attendee with registration form ($110.00 after March 30). NOTE: Non-Buyers who previously attended are not mailed complimentary badges; they must re-register and pay fee again.
